  • Absolute worst customer experience. This company can't even track you in their system. I tried to book a gift certificate for 2 years and it was a nightmare. Each person I spoke with had no idea what the last person told me. I can't speak for the driving experience but the customer service for booking is awful. The only good news is we got our $1500 back.
