I had my tragus pierced somewhere else in town, and now wish I had come here. After reading the strong reviews here, I popped by today to get the original post changed. The woman who helped me choose a new post was very helpful and super sweet. Then I met Jordan B, who attempted to change the original post.
Turns out my original piercing is at a bad angle, and my ear bled. This is not normal. The original piercing is too close to my cheek and now a regular post isn't long enough to accommodate. Jordan kindly recommended letting it heal and returning for a new piercing in a few weeks.
I am so appreciative that the staff here were kind, professional and helpful, and they didn't even charge me for their time. Additionally he offered to re-pierce my ear at NO charge. Suffice to say I'll be back and will update this review.
p.s. I'm ashamed to say my first piercing was done at Diversity and the experience was very poor. I assumed the excessive bleeding and pain was normal but obviously not. I should have done more research and I hope this helps you.
