Update to my previous review.
Again DO NOT do business with this company.
I moved out on November 29 - it is December 13 and I have yet to see my security deposit, even though the law clearly states they have 10 days.
Impossible to get a hold of. Will not return calls, emails at all.
I was contacted by the owners of the house as they were planning to sell after I moved out and found out they had the same issues with not being able to get a hold of anyone.
Upon move out I was told the carpets should be cleaned - the carpets were never cleaned prior to my move in (not even vacuumed), and were in awful shape. They were in BETTER condition when I moved out. The whole house was. It will be interesting to see if there are any deductions from my security deposit.
I will be making a complaint to Service Alberta.
The house has a major electrical issue that was brought to their attention numerous times - never dealt with. Tap in kitchen leaked, and was noted on an inspection done a few months ago - again, never dealt with. Hot water tank pilot light would go out on a regular basis, the first time it happened I made numerous calls, emails with no response. Again, never dealt with.
They do not have an emergency number to call after hours - I find this alarming.
I agree with previous reviewers, Jarrett is extremely condescending. Dave didn't have a clue that the owners have basically "fired" them as their management company.
Again. These people do not know how to run a business. They do not know landlord/tenant law. They will not fix any problems.
If I could give negative stars, this would be the one.
