  • This service is fantastic! It is way cheaper, easier, and more convenient than any auto shop. I also love that they give the option of supplying your own parts. I have used them twice. Both times the mechanic has been punctual, friendly, knowledgeable, and an excellent communicator. The first first time I used this service was to change spark plugs, because there was a knocking noise in my engine. The mechanic listened to the noise and told me I had a major problem with the engine that would likely require a new engine or total re-build. He told me the next steps to diagnose the engine problem and he told me not to bother with the spark plugs yet because they will likely get replaced again with the engine work. He was exactly correct! At the dealership they replaced the engine (free under warranty, shout out to Jeep!) and of course the spark plugs too. YourMechanic charged me nothing for their house visit. The second time, was to replace a brake line. The mechanic showed up when we said he would and performed the work exactly in the estimated time frame. He also checked my tire pressure, oil level, etc. He was very professional.
