  • This is my neighbourhood Shoppers so I'm here a lot, picking up sunscreen or shampoo or cosmetics or whatnot. The store is pretty packed, but it usually looks alright. The service is good. Once I had to return a mascara that was goop straight out of the package and they were cool about it. I also do my photo-finishing here and it's generally fine, though quite a few times I've picked up my negs and the scans have been covered in dust. Not the best quality, but these days unless you're going to a specialized spot, you kinda have to accept that. The postal outlet upstairs, though, is always a disappointment. They normally just have one person on staff and sadly, their competence is spotty more often than not. There is always a line up of at least five people because it's so understaffed. Even the weekend before Christmas last winter they only had one employee working! I stood in line for twenty minutes. That's just unacceptable.
