One of their cleaners ran over the belt of a shirt hanging in my closet with the vacuum, burning the belt. Unfortunately, instead of just letting me know, she removed the belt from the shirt and hid it in the back of a drawer. I found it over a month later. When we called Spencer, he was short with my husband and told us that Ruth-Ann would call us back. She called us back and told us that none of the cleaners admitted to doing it, and accused us of lying and blackmailing her. All we wanted was for them to apologize and reimburse us for the ruined shirt. We are no longer using their services, as they obviously are not trustworthy. Now I am left wondering what else may be broken, ruined, or missing from my home.
