  • Unfortunately, I have a CDL license and have to come here to turn in a physical. This office is very small, slow and have minimal windows open. You can't do dash lash to check in before you get here either. Simple things to be handled takes so long here. There needs to be some changes enforced to speed up the process to care for the customers. When I arrived there were 14 people ahead of me 30 minutes ago and the line is not moving. Something has to change.
