  • BEWARE. I would NOT recommend this company! This company advertised in the Cleveland Plain Dealer. Offered a $250 per season driving plowing special. I contacted them while in town to set up a contract for my elderly parents. I was given a price of $325 for a gravel driveway which included shoveling/salting 2 very small walkways. I contacted them to set up a contract and was told that they would give me a call back in an hour. They weren't sure if they had any routes left. I never received a call back. Left 2 voice mails. No return calls. Tried from a different phone number and the call was answered. As soon as I stated my name, the person hung up on me! I gave them the benefit of the doubt and called back from the same number. This time my call went to voice mail. Here is how this company advertises "Let the experts plow your driveway this winter and see the INTEGRITY difference!" Integrity? If this company thinks that the way they treated me was with integrity then they are don't understand the meaning of this word. Unprofessional. You reap what you sow. When you treat customers or potential customers that way you won't be in business for long. Give your business to someone else.
