  • I'm disappointed in polar shades/retractable and the material they offer. I wish I knew now what I didn't know then. The sales guy spews a good pitch by telling you how great their material is, the best in fact, ok I won't say it's the best, but it's not the worse. What's bad is once you purchase your blinds as I purchased the motorized blinds. I needed them to be adjusted because they were rolling up crooked. They wanted to charge me $60 to come out and adjust them when they had just installed them. They give you ZERO warranty. That's disappointment number 1. Disappointment number 2 is that I also had the retractable screen door installed as well on my glass door. The product is CHEAP!!! The material is flimsy and just overall a terrible product due to the cheap material and awful design. I DON'T recommend this company at all. I will have to have these two items replaced by a better product that has a warranty...gee at least for adjustments, and also and most of all better design and much better Material. I give them a ZERO!!!!
