Decided to try some celebrity restaurants while in town and this has been on the list for awhile. The server said the pasta was the highlight and made fresh there so we gave it a whirl. Hubby got the paperdelle and I got the rigatoni. The portions were just right considering we had been to a buffet in the morning. Not too small, not too big. Took advantage of the 20% off in Yelp. The rigatoni was definitely better, more flavorful and complex, my husbands just had too much going on. Food would probably be a 4. It was solid, but nothing I will crave or need to eat again.
After we put in our order we were told bread would come, it didn't come but we got food fairly quickly about 10:15 mins. Then the bread showed up once we asked. It wasn't fresh baked or anything so there shouldn't have been a reason for a delay. The bread wasn't worth the carbs to eat. Then we didn't see our waiter again and had to wait at least 20 mins after we were done eating to get the check and it wasn't particularly busy. Minus one star for service.
Overall it was a forgettable meal with poor service. I wouldn't come back and paid more than the experience was worth even with the 20% off which I am thankful I had.
