I must say I am not exactly impressed with this club the front desk is not what you would call friendly or unfriendly they are just mechanical they swipe you bar code and that is about it. The trainer's look like they are angry there is no warmth or positive energy coming from them which makes them appear unapproachable. This type of persona is quite common for people in this areas there is a serious lack of people/communication skills unfortunately this is what most residents in this area are accustomed to what a pity. I have observed trainers that are not be coaching you personally are quick to tell you when you are using a piece of equipment incorrectly to prevent damaging it, but standby and watch you struggle with trying to use a piece of equipment when they are doing absolutely nothing else (not training/ with a club member). I notice some of the rating state it is the best club in Pittsburgh, given the fact there is not a lot of full service competition in the area I can see why one would think that way.
