Frangipane is pricey and the individual items are on the smallish side. If you were wanting a snack that was equivalent to a full-sized dessert, you would need to buy about 5 items, priced between 1-2$ each.
That being said, they have excellent baked goods and very good truffles. The pecan diamonds, sour cherry squares, and chocolate covered Florentines are tasty. They have a gluten free chocolate cookie that is also quite good.
The truffles are very good, but they are a bit small and don't necessarily stand out. I tried the salted caramel truffle and neither salt or caramel stood out in the truffle. Still delicious, just not a show stopper.
They also have a selection of cakes and offer cakes by the slice.
Before making the trip, check their hours. They are not open early in the week.
This is definitely worth trying.
