  • REALLY???? I have been to this location a few times now and have realized that if you don't have 2 to 3 hours to spare just for a tire change don't bother going! This is the kicker, I went in to have a tire changed and told them the last time I was in there they didn't tighten one of my lug nuts and it fell off. I was told to go to Discount Tire they will give me a free one? So they won't even honor when they screw something up to fix it but yet tell you to go to their competitors shop to get it fixed! What a joke !!!! The only reason and I mean only reason I gave 1 star is because of the product they sell in Bridgestone and Firestone tires. Other than that their customer service sucks!! And they take WAY to long to service your vehicle! I suggest DISCOUNT TIRE and apparently so do they! Beware...
