  • I was genuinely nervous about using E-Z after reading all of the reviews, but thought I'd give it a shot. When we got to the rental car facility, we did have to wait in a decent line, but at the most it took 45 mins to get to the desk. The woman that helped us was great. I had booked the 'special' which that day was an 8 passenger van and there were only two of us. The woman helped get us into a smaller vehicle and it only cost about $12/day more which I was fine with since we were going to be there 3-4 days. In addition, she did talk me into pre paying for the tank of gas. She explained that their gas was cheaper, which it actually was - $2.19 vs the $2.25ish around the airport. She also informed me that if I opted out, I had to fill up the car within two miles of the airport before returning the car. Our Saturday morning flight was leaving at 5am so I didn't really feel like stopping for gas at 3am. I found buying their tank of gas to be much more convenient. The car was in great condition and the return process was simple. Will definitely use them again.
