I really enjoy eating at this place every time I visit the Venetian and this time was no different. There's a reason you see tons of Asians eating at a Chinese restaurant in a casino and that would include me. The place makes authentic Chinese food for higher than authentic prices. The service is also authentically curt but prompt, heh.
Even though the prices are sometimes more than double than what you would get in a cheap chinese restaurant, it is relatively inexpensive compared to other restaurants in the Venetian. The food also taste much better than the typical take-out.
I've had multiple noodle dishes from soups to stir-fry and have been impressed with the flavours of each. Standouts include the Szechuan beef stew and the duck soup. The appetizers are where the authenticity of the dishes is apparent as there are offerings unfamiliar to people who frequent the usual Chinese-American places. My friend ordered a vegetarian rice dish which he enjoyed even though I made fun of his ordering a non-noodle dish at a noodle place.
