  • Not my favourite location, even though I live upstairs. I come to Whole Foods solely for their take out foods and cafe drinks and this location clearly feels like something is missing compared to my favourite Oakville location. They don't have the stone oven pizzas like the Oakville location. So, the pizzas taste so-so here. They really need to train their cafe staff on how to make a matcha latte. Took him more than 5 minutes to make me my drink. In the end, my soy matcha didn't taste all that great. Very little matcha and too much soy milk. When they charge $6.00, I expected it to taste right. On top of that, a quarter of my cup was filled with foam and not liquid. Clearly shows an inexperienced Barista. I should give this location the benefit of the doubt since they just opened. Maybe my rating will go up in a couple of months, shall things improve. Too much hype for this location when the things they offered really aren't that much unique. I guess it's because of a lack of good stores in North York. Yes, yay to farm raised poultry and meats, but I can find that elsewhere for a less fraction of the cost.
