I had a really bad experience. I was first put off, because it's very hard to find. Their isn't a clear indication of where the office is. And the only indication is a piece of printer paper taped to the inside of the door in small font. I was kind of shocked by how old and dated the furniture was and how closed off and uninviting the waiting room made me feel. The ladies behind the front desk were very unprofessional looking, and behaving. Wearing sweatshirts and a hoodie. I sat down and could hear then talk and laugh loudly about some video they were watching on their phones. I even heard one of them say, "oh shit Oh shit Oh shit!" As they were laughing. When I was seen, it was for acne and keloids. The Dr came in, looked at my face and within less than 5 minutes has scribbled down many random notes onto a small 2x2 scrap of paper and gave it to me, then said goodbye. I asked the assistant if I had to make a separate appointment for my keloid to be looked at. Then the Dr said no one told her about that. But she came back in and looked at them briefly. All in all, I waited for 30 minutes to only be seen for less than 10 in total. I left very confused, without discharge papers or clear instructions as what to do next. Only my little scrap paper with several medications and doses written down with arrows pointing from one to another.
Very disappinted, frusterated, confused and felt like I was in the way the whole time. :(
