rev:text	Went there to return I-7 phone that I never used...4 guys standing around including manager. Tried to get me to buy products to go with phone when I clearly said do not want!! This was in November I have receipt. Since then I have had to call in EVERY MONTH TO GET MY BILL CORRECTED as they never did put in correct paperwork this takes about one to two hours out of my day...all reps say it is being done but every month it is NOT!! They just keep saying "WE ARE SORRY" but NEVER GET IT DONE!!! SWITCHING TO A T & T they have special plan for unsatisfied Verizion customers!
