  • Prepaid these guys for tires and shocks only to find myself involved in a collision. Called them and explained and was surprised that they were very understanding and agreed to credit back my card without any pressure. Will be using them in the future and recommending them as well. Had a similar experience at another shop years ago and was charged restocking fees and had to jump through hoops to settle.
