rev:text	I am one who loves reading reviews but rarely writes them. But I am a very appreciative person and I feel that I owe it to those of you out here who have never lived here for me to say that after having lived at Elysian for over a year ~ I absolutely love living here! From the moment I originally viewed the property ~ it was Stephanie who was an absolute Angel from the very beginning! She was incredibly warm, inviting, animated and quite thorough in detail throughout my lengthy tour. Her whole persona and aura was so beautiful and I cannot tell you how many times she went above and beyond for me to make me feel welcome and as comfortable and pleased with my choice of Elysian. Even a year later ~ she is even more enthusiastic and helpful whenever I need her attention for something. She is such a beautiful person and I sincerely appreciate how she has made my choice of Elysian significantly better due to her presence! I have lived at other properties where this has not been the case ~ so I appreciate the difference she has made. Moving in to a new place can be a bit daunting and it helps tremendously to have your one line of communication be positive and accommodating when you may be nervous about it all. Inevitably ~ you may have issues or questions and for me to have such a pleasant experience with Stephanie who was my very first representative of Elysian really helped cement Elysian as my #1 choice to live over all of the rest. Some of the assets of living here are the fact that you are so close to the freeway and Eastern Ave is only minutes away where you can do all of your retail and restaurants in close convenience to home. The Airport takes me 8 mins to get to and Town Square is 9 and The Strip is maybe a 12 minute commute from here. That speaks volumes to the fact that you can have your haven here and be away from all the chaos and still be minutes away from it when you want to go to it. It's the best of both worlds ~ a total Win ~ Win! In regards to the internal part of living here ~ I have to say that Dustin is an absolute gem! When I first moved in ~ I had so many questions and he immediately took care of me and got me everything I needed and answered all of my questions to make for a very smooth transition when it could've been quite complicated. He showed me how to set up my Sonos Surround Sound speakers which have incredible sound and he helped me set up my garage remote keypad several times over because I kept messing it up! Every time I had a work order, he was so patient and understanding and always came to my aide as quickly as possible. He showed me the tricks of the trade to living here and I am very thankful to him for that. I truly haven't had any major problems with my apartment so I am genuinely shocked to read any reviews that complain of issues not dealt with. Not that I am denying their claim ~ I just know that my experience has been beyond impressive and having a maintenance staff that is reliable and competent and there when you need them is EVERYTHING! Whenever on rare occasion that I have had to put in a work order ~ it is always rectified that very day. I constantly see Dustin and his staff running all over the property endlessly every day when I'm out walking my dog. Dustin always runs through our beautiful gym when I am working out and he maintains order and cleanliness even in there which I commend him for. He continues to do an impressive job of keeping our property immaculate and he takes great pride in his work. A genuine guy who always speaks to me and is kind to my dog and I realize maintenance doesn't have to be like that so he really does hold Elysian up to a higher standard. Living here has been quite gratifying as I take great pride in where I live and it certainly is validated when you see that your maintenance staff is equivalent to your standards and to have such a great leasing staff with Stephanie at the forefront ~ she has just made living here such a pleasure. So much that I got my sister to move here as well because I constantly raved to her about my experiences, she saw it herself with her own eyes so she packed up and moved from Arizona to here and got a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment that she is sooo excited about! It takes a village to raise a child and it takes an incredible staff to maintain an amazing lifestyle and experience you can be proud to come home to. I truly regard Elysian as a wonderful place to live. Although I have only met Art ~ the Property manager a few times ~ I am impressed with how he has handled issues with me. He was responsive in a positive way and he always spoke kindly and remained very professional with me. Overall ~ living on such a beautifully maintained grounds and in the best apartment complex in all of Las Vegas has endless rewards and I intend to live here for as long as this remains as wonderful as it is now! My sister and I are very thankful to God for living in such a beautiful community!
