| - I've shopped here for many years, and not had bad experiences.
Most recent visit I went to buy slacks and the gentleman who helped me stated they didn't have size 35 waist, so we went with size 36. Long story short after getting measured for alterations I went to go pay the bill. I understand I had to pay for hemming on the pant leg, however getting charge to take in the pants to a size 35 is ridiculous. Especially after I said I can wait to order them and he's like now no big deal we got this. Then I was told that they have a contract they just signed with an airlines and I would take at least 2 weeks to get pants. After paying over $100 for alterations I decided to contact customer service with my concerns. I understand I could've walked away I was just in such a rush I didn't really take time to think about what happened until I got home. Here is the canned response I got back with my reply back to them.

Thank you for the reply,
I can assure you that your company doesn't pay $80-$185 to purchase pants. I get the reason why you charge so much for pants that are imported from over seas is that you offer buy one get one free and the inflated price allows you to do so. I understand your in the business of making money and there is nothing wrong with that. Never the less I'm not on board with getting gouged in any way. I will be contacting anyone and everyone who will listen to regarding your business's practices. There are other folks in the areas big retailers that do not barge for alterations nor do they they charge an inflated rate to make up for the loss. It's called cutover service and customer retention.
No need to reply back to me with your canned answers. I understand that you are only doing your job.
Have a good day,
Tom
