I recently used Classy Closets for my garage project and I can safely say that I likely won't use them for big projects, like my upcoming kitchen tear-out.
For starters I ran into measurement issues on two sections, although to be fair the salesperson was intent on making it right. I opted for the $$ credit rather than ripping it out and starting over but still, not quite the result I'd intended.
However, the real headache came with installation of the OmniTrac wall mount system - the simplest part of the project. The initial installer installed the system upside down. Flipping the tracks over and reattaching meant additional screw holes in the product, so I requested they reorder and start again. Unfortunately the same installer came out to do the 2nd install, and this time he neglected to bring the correct drill bit for the finishing screws. (I suspect he intended to use black drywall screws and call it good). We agreed that he'd swing back during the week and switch out the screws, but after 2+ weeks nothing. I finally left a message at the office requesting a call from the QC manager and a week+ later they called to schedule another installer.
I now have my silver screws and can call it done, but I'm disappointed by some of the install issues and certainly the lack of communication and follow through at the end.
