I've eaten here three times and for the first two times I ordered pho and summer rolls. The summer rolls are a little on the skinny side and don't have much flavor, in fact, you need to soak it in sauce to make it taste like anything. The pho is solid, the broth is tasty and the meat cuts are the way they should be. But as I was slurping my pho during my second visit, I noticed that most people around me were having vermicelli bowls. So on my third visit I ordered the rice noodle vermicelli with char-grilled pork and a spring rolls, and it was excellent. The fish sauce mixture added the right amount of savoriness to the dish, the pork hit the right salty-sweet notes, the spring roll was crispy and the veggies added a nice freshness and crunch. This is my go-to place for rice vermicelli bowls and it should be yours too.
