Super professional and expedient with their service. The collision center has a Geico claims office and an Enterprise rental representative present and everyone I encountered was efficient, friendly and helpful. They finished the inspection and all the paperwork fast and get you in and out quickly so you don't have to spend your whole day waiting. The car was done exactly when they said it would be. They also give you a useful folder with all their business cards and documents in it in case you need to contact any of them while you car is being repaired and also clean the inside of your car before they return it which was a nice plus.
I've dropped off my car to be fixed at the dealership and also I've recently gotten all new tires. At both places, it took me about over two hours to get out of there and the dealership wasn't even fixing the car right then---that was just for paperwork processing and waiting in line even though I had an appointment. Brighton collision center/geico/enterprise had me on my way in about 30mins.
