  • Use To Be Good herbs and products. PRICES have gotten HIGHER, the staff is usually friendly, this particular day EVERYONE Was TENSE and UNEASY ! Everyone, staff and customers, very uncomfortable with a worker ( TAYLOR ) who was acting like a pit-bull. PROVOKING people with argumentative banter. TAYLOR was a BULLY, stifling people from expressing their feelings and opinions, as she spewed her remarks, comments,and shut others down. Taylor shot down another couple from expressing their views about Taylor's ABRASIVE BEHAVIOUR, which caused her friendly co-workers and the customers to feel very uneasy and uncomfortable. This caused us to immediately want to pay and get out without any further purchase. Taylor went on ranting. Anyone speaking differently and Taylor would shut down their 1st amendment to free speech. Taylor was brutal, it was obvious, her friendly co-workers are very intimated by Taylor's bullying mentality, Staff all backed down and where frightened into silence. They are usually very friendly, smiling and accommodating, Now silenced and scared, No Smiles. Taylor is the reason we will Not be back, TAYLOR is a dictator and mean person. All the product is good, but Taylor is a bad person, acts like a pitbull, controlling people, making everyone tense, she's hostile and Nasty. A black mark and blemish on a once good place. She made everyone feel uneasy, a very bad experience. Taylor wants to talk, and everyone must listen. She's bad for business ! Also don't like their putting their herbs into capsule form. Is it a way of moving Old Product out ! Another Gimmick !
