  • I had my worst experience ever here. I understand things happen but I sat for 30 minutes waiting for my appointment. I was scheduled for chest,back, and shoulders. I have been getting waxed for years and this was my first time here after moving from other side of town. This was the MOST PAINFUL waxing I have ever had. I was in so much pain that I told her not to do my chest and only back half of my shoulders. The girl explained to me after I told her how miserable this was that they had run out of the normal wax they use and trying a different brand. She said I had been one of six people who didn't like the new wax and how it doesn't remove smooth. She also said she hated it but not up to her what product they use. ARE YOU SERIOUS?!?! I won't recommend this place anyone!!
