I've gotten flowers here for a while and they are always fresh and beautiful, which is why I continue to go back. I'm just a little disappointed with this place because I used them for some florals for my wedding and they made some mistakes. One of the mistakes was when I first put in an order for flowers for the most important day of my life, I get a call that I owed more money because the employee helping me gave me an incorrect price to start with. The person I spoke to on the phone was rude and still made me pay the remainder even though it was the employees mistake. This wasn't even the end of it. On my wedding day, my 6ft garland for our sweetheart table was missing and my other 6fter was snapped in half. I'm not sure who made the garland and who was careless to leave one of them out is beyond me. Luckily, my girls and staff at venue used one of the shorter garlands on our table and made one with foliage for another table with foliage from around the property.. After my wedding took place, I called the flower market to let them know what happened and I got no apology, just a few dollars refund. I didn't really feel like they cared about the lack of standards between their employees. Still waiting on that apology for the missing florals on my wedding day.
