  • 1 star because I couldn't give them negative stars. I didn't even get the chance to use their services as the person on the phone did not understand or could not comprehend that I wanted an SUV just for myself being that I am disabled and getting up from a regular car was difficult. I asked them how long is the wait from initial call to pick up. He could not understand what I was saying and asked why I needed an SUV. I advised him if it was a problem to request an SUV to suggest another company other than Budget Cab thinking he would just shut up with the nonsense and just get me my cab. Nope. He suggested another company. Budget Cab, you will be out of business if you continue to do this.
