rev:text	Sometimes, you can not compare the service of one business to another, even if they are in the same field, because some businesses are on a whole different level of customer service, they know it's importance and they excel at it - Glass Monocle Eyecare is one of these businesses. It's rare to find this level of customer service. I've done two comprehensive Eye Health Exam and Digital Retinal Imaging at Glass Monocle Eyecare with Dr. Raymond Ho, who happened to be both professional and friendly. The second exam was a 3-month follow-up as-per my Family Doctor's request, and I appreciated Dr. Ho's clear and detailed explanation of the process. When it came to select new glasses, Kyle was great assisting-me in selecting new frames and lenses (must have tried on over 12 frames, sorry Kyle!) but I'm very happy with my new glasses! Overall, everyone I interacted with at Glass Monocle Eyecare was friendly and helpful from start to end. I am very pleased, and I highly recommend them!
