  • Had a great experience here this past weekend. This is not even our local Pearle Vision. We happened to be on this side of town, and my husband's one contact lens gave him fits. He was wearing only one lens when we stopped in here to get another box. I hate to say that I don't know the girl's name who helped us, but sadly I do not. She was at the front desk, and had greeted us the moment we walked in the door. It was crazy busy here as it was the last day of the year. She looked up our information, and discovered that there was a credit through our insurance company on our account. She called our regular store in Henderson and confirmed this was the case. My husband was then given one set of lenses free of charge. Well, already paid for but this was great. He was given a room to put in his new lens, a new lens case and solution. They went above and beyond here. Thanks!!!
