  • My 3rd year in a row. I did get VIP tickets the other two years but this year decided to just hang out in the casino and surrounding area. I have gathered quite a few friends that work either directly in the industry or in the general entertainment industry. I have even gotten will acquainted with big names in the industry. So, it's kind of a once a year thing to hang out and people watch for me. I'm not big on the industry but it's fun to watch everyone (no pun intended), I mean the fans that interact with the stars. Some fans are extremely rude to the girls like it's supposed to make them feel better somehow. But, there are also some extremely happy fans to meet their favorite stars. And, they come in all shapes and sizes. This year, the casino was flooded with people in the industry and I'm wondering if it's like that all the time but since I'm inside the expo usually, I'm missing out. Both inside and outside is fun. Inside, you get more direct attention because it's like everyone is 'working'. But, outside on the casino floor, it's like one big party so only if you are in the cool crowd or know people, it would be fun. I do know a few so it was cool. I had a good time.
