  • My RO system was leaking and couldn't detect where it was coming from. Between my wife and I we called 4-5 different plumbers from yelp that listed they were 24/7 on a early Saturday afternoon and the only one that picked up and was able to come by the same day was BSR Plumbing! Beyond great service from Krassimir! He was able to come by within a few hours and saved the day from getting a messy leak in our kitchen. He found out there was a crack in our RO system and recommended that we contact the manufacturer to see if they can replace the part. He also stopped the leak and disconnected our RO system and connected the main water line to our fridge so we still can get drinking water. He did not charge us an outrageous amount for coming by on a short notice or any hidden fees that I know other plumbers would charge. I would definitely be only going to him for any plumbing related issues!
