Made an appointment with Rachel. She is not certified in Endermologie as she advertised. Perhaps She is in "Lipo-Massage," but I did not see a certification on the wall. Her room is bright, barely air conditioned with a floor fan.
I had to ask her 3 times to step out of the room so I could change, and she didn't. I suspect it was a language barrier? I hope.....
Only when I told her how uncomfortable she was making me, and I asked her why she could not step out for two minutes, did she leave. I am not petite, and stuffing myself into a body stocking in front of a total stranger is not ideal. I am used to spa etiquette.
The treatment was focused on small areas to the point of annoyance. Unfortunately it was not a positive experience.
I had made a second appointment with her a week out to give it one more chance-everyone has an off day. She tried to get me to buy a package because "she could not trust I would show up to appointments unless I have a package." I told her I was trying everyone in town twice before I commit to a package with the best one.
I decided to cancel a couple days later because it is too much money to settle-I want a trained and certified Endermologist! She did not have record of the appointment I saw her write down in her calendar or on her business card she handed to me with an appointment date and time on the back of it. She said it must be my mistake.
Funny how things work out......
