  • Beware of this store. The manager and associate do not know ATT plans nor do they know DirecTV plans. After being assured by the manager that he was doing things correctly, my bill came and was over $100 higher than he promised. It took several hours on the phone to get it corrected. This was a terrible experience. Try any other provider and if you have to go to this store, avoid the manager.
