  • went to one verizon store with a problem a while back, they said they couldn't help so I gave up at the time. Still had the problem so went to the Verizon store at 18251 N. Pima Rd in Scottsdale. Meghan assisted us, immediately recognized the problem and fixed it within minutes. She is knowledgeable, personable, professional and knows her stuff. She is an asset to Verizon and I hope you realize what you have here. Friends have gone to other Verizon stores and expressed their dissatisfaction with the assistance they received so if you have a problem, go see Meghan, she will fix it for you. Hey, big wheels at Verizon Corporate, hope you read this, she needs to be training other employees to be as customer friendly and as knowledgeable as she. Some people have a "work ethic" and some don't-she does. You need to acknowledge this.
