Bought an open-box Dell computer. Two months later, the screen started flickering, and I have to restart the laptop 2 to 6 times per day. Dell (in India) will not honor warranty. Dell said it has expired! Office Max management seems evasive and indifferent. Store manager offered zero apologies, zero discounts, made zero effort to reach out to Dell on my behalf to rectify the situation. Manager(s) basically just said OfficeMax would take the computer back, refund my money and sell me something else and, as previously mentioned, offered zero apologies or discounts. Sell me something else? Really? I've had to call or visit the store a half dozen times in a month because the product they sold me doesn't work, and the manufacturer won't honor the warranty their store said it was covered under. And you think I'll be back to take another chance on your faulty products and don't-give-a-fig customer service?
