  • I was referred to this practice by a friend of 10 years. It seemed as if I was in a situation of, "everything that could go wrong will go wrong." Going to the dentist is easily the most stressful experience for me. I have horrible sensory issues with the noises and drilling, etc. Dr. Smith is understanding, never condescending and he and his staff go above and beyond. I have witnessed staff comforting elderly patients who are experiencing anxiety in the waiting room and they are pros! The office manager Jennifer is beyond proficient. She is on top of EVERYTHING. I think she remembered me after the first time I entered the office. I wish I had that sort of recollection talent! One of the latest wow-moments with Jennifer was when she called me on the Friday after Thanksgiving to set up an appointment I had requested. When I asked why she was working on that day, she said, "Well I stopped by the office and thought it was a good time to follow up with you." Are you kidding me!! ALL the staff are so agreeable and professional. I highly recommend this practice and I'm definitely not one who EVER has a good experience to share about dental work.
