  • My Mom and I are from Los Angeles California. My Mom wanted a certified Subaru Crosstrek in White. After shopping around we found the best price at Peoria Subaru in Arizona. We communicated with Spencer and Anthony. My thought she had everything for our flight to Arizona. However, she had switched purses at the last minute and forgot the cashier's check. Spencer encouraged us to still come and that they'd find a way to get the deal done. Spencer picked us up from the airport and drove us to the dealership. We made it to the dealership right before closing. I was scared that we were going to have to spend the night and I'd miss an important meeting. Luckily, Spencer and Anthony were able to work with us. Spencer stayed with us throughout the whole process and was at the dealership for 2 hours after closing. We were able to get the paperwork done and drive the car off the lot. Spencer and Anthony went above and beyond. I was able to make it to my meeting. Overall, the customer service at Subaru Peoria is simply the best. I plan on buying my next certified pre owned Subaru from them:)
