  • I cannot thank these guys enough. I was in for the first time about a year ago for a pretty basic visit shortly after moving to Madison and was happy with the service. I remember getting friendly, helpful and affordable service but last week they really went above and beyond. My dog is getting older and has been having some issues. From the get-go I really appreciated how they asked me to send a picture of his affected area before even setting up an appointment, offering to write a prescription if they thought it wasn't anything too serious. Then when they decided they wanted to see him they fit him into their schedule super quickly while working around mine. I was able to drop him off the same day while on my lunch break and they looked at him in the afternoon. They took care of his problems very efficiently, helped keep the cost down (it was very affordable) and when I picked him up the woman who went over everything with me was extremely helpful, friendly and most importantly knowledgeable and answered all of my questions in plain language. This morning, 12 days later, I received a personal email from them simply asking how my dog has been doing, referring to the specific issues I brought him in for--not a generic template email with a survey attached to it or something. My dog is more comfortable and much happier and so am I. Five star service. I will definitely be back. Thanks again!
