| - I went here for years, and swore by Nikol to cut my curly locks. It would take a while, but she gave consistently great haircuts. It's hard to find a hairstylist when you have a tight ringlet mop of hair, so you'll stay religious, even when the stylist doesn't give you very good customer service, and at times, treats you sub-human.
My issue with Nikol is that she would hair shame me for a good portion of the cut. So much so, that I would get a great deal of anxiety before my haircuts and dread coming in (pardon the pun). Her consistent lateness also didn't show much respect for my time, either. Any time that I would ask advice for what products to use, she would roll her eyes and say "isn't that what google is for?"
The last straw was when I sat through an entire Landmark Forum pitch throughout my haircut. I couldn't believe I was actually paying someone to get pitched to join a cult. So I bit the bullet, and found someone else. The haircuts might not be quite as nice; but they take half the time, are half the price, and the stylist is actually nice. It goes a long way! You might have kept a repeat customer.
