  • Buyer beware The Room Store appears to spend all their money on advertising, not the quality of furniture it sells. We purchase a Soft & Love Seat from the Bell Avenue location, for almost $1,000.00 Salesmen names "SAM" he included a 5 year warranty in the deal, but unfortunately the after about 13 months to cushion foam broke down the soft & love seat start looking like it was 10 years old. Only two old adults living in the home, no children, we did not abuse the items. So the Room Store was called for warranty service, honestly all we got was the run around, double talk, and in the end I realized the nice warranty brochure was just that a brochure that meant zero. The person we spoke with said that is normal, what do you expect for only $1,000. 00. Room Store has the final word if they will do anything to stand behind what they sell. Several message were left for our salesmen who still works there, hoping he could help, but he never returned our call The Room Store did noting to right a wrong, so let say I will never step foot in the place, and all I can say is buyer beware. Room Store sell over priced cheap furniture, their furniture is CHINESE JUNK, and the customer service is nonexistent, and there written warranty is not more than word on paper that mean zero.
