Cable out now for 16 hours. They're working on it...and working...I called, the "service advisor" had be unplug and reset my box. But it was a widespread problem, she knew it, so what the F**! good was that idea? Then she says it will be about 4 hours before repairs are completed. It's been 6 and still no service. Cox is awful! I know things go wrong, but this is crazy. And they wonder why people are going to Dish or Direct TV or Hulu.
