rev:text	This has got to be one of the dirtiest movie theaters I have ever been to. First off they have one person at the ticket line that does cash only the rest are kiosks that do not always work as it was in my case. I tried to use a gift card didn't work for me and then I have to cut people waiting to ask a question since there is only one person and no one else around. Then I had to wait 15 more minutes for him to help me and try to fix my gift card issue. Then I head to the concession stand a whole two people working this half of the stand was blacked out no lights on. Wait forever because again only two people working this and then get to head over to the drink station and it is disgusting huge spills everywhere even on the floor that is a major hazard but all they do is put up a spill sign and no one cleans it up at all. We finally head to the theater showing our moving as you walk in the garbage to that particular theater is overflowing then head to our seats and the floor is beyond gross I know its a movie theater but they don't even try there was so much garbage on the floor you know they probably hadn't cleaned the theater all day much less in between each movie. Lastly our movie was to start at 4:45 mind you I always go to Harkins (now I know why) so I am used to entering a movie theater and seeing something playing prior to the movie ads, etc. When we entered it was just a black screen so I figured ok they don't show anything until the movie well we sat there with an entire full theater until 5:05 then all of the sudden the preview starts 20 mins after the start time no one had come in to say if they were having difficulties so I am pretty sure this is the norm for them or maybe they barely realized they sold tickets to this showing? Who knows but what I thought was going to be a good afternoon movie outing turned out to be the exact opposite. Step up your game AMC Harkins has you beat by a landslide any day of the week!!!!!!!!!
