  • **Edit- Michael the store manager did call me for feedback and to rectify the situation more so I added another star. I appreciate that he actually takes time to read these reviews and takes action. ** Let me start by saying that my reason for coming to this location was because it had such good reviews online so I feel the need to share that my experience did not live up to those reviews by any means. I went in 2 weeks ago today to order a new iPhone. Ordering a new phone I would assume is one of the most fool-proof routines these employees do daily but apparently not. I was brought up the counter by a man we will call "Man-Bun" because the three times I have been in there he has never worn a name tag. It is obvious that Man-Bun is new and is still training which is fine because it seemed like he was being helped by Vincent. However Vincent and Man-Bun were juggling me between two other costumers instead of just working with us each one at a time. Because of his lack of training and the juggling, Man-Bun was basically incompetent at helping me and so a simple process took two hours. At the end of the ordeal, Vincent took over and printed off the paperwork for my new phone. He told me it looked like it would ship to their store on Saturday but to wait until Monday just in case and that I would get a phone call when it arrived. Sounds great. Monday afternoon rolls around and I have still not received a phone call. I call the store and after 20 minutes of music, the line goes silent. After another two minutes I finally say hello because it sounds like the line is on in which I get a casual response from a girl "Oh hello." I tell her I am checking to see if my phone came in and she hung up on me. I call again and another girl tells me to wait until I get a phone call from them. It is now Thursday and I still have not received a phone call. I go into the store and am helped by Delena this time. She at first tells me I should have waited for a call but then pulls up my account and after calling someone at corporate discovers that my phone was never ordered by Vincent even though I have paperwork. By this time Vincent comes over to Delena to essentially ask her if she is going to steal his commission (on a phone he never even ordered) and making things even more awkward. Delena says she can order me a new phone in which I respond that I would like some sort of discount if I am going to order through them because if I had never taken the time to come in, I would have been "waiting for a phone call" forever on my non-ordered phone. She says she understands and then goes back to talk with her manager. Why Justin the manager couldn't come talk with me, I'm still not sure. She comes back and says I can pick any phone cover from the store, but not the fancy ones because those are expensive... Oh thank you for offering a 10 cent phone cover from china that you have marked up to $20. That totally rectifies this situation. The point was obsolete though because I already ordered a better phone case online. I said that wasn't gonna work. So she again goes back to said manager and they say they will email a "Product Manager" from corporate and see what kind of promotion he can give me and get back to me. So after another 2 hours of my life at this store, I still leave phone-less. Monday my phone arrives and I go pick it up. I have to wait again and speak to Man-Bun who doesn't ever seem to be working or shadowing, which is bizarre to me if he really is in-training. Finally Justin (store manager) helps me get my phone and says he is aware of my situation but then doesn't talk to me about what he can do for me... Delena takes over to help me set-up my phone and tells me that she still hasn't heard from "Product Manager" and that she will call me when she does. It is Thursday now and I am doubtful that I will ever get that phone call. Bottom line is that Delena is a super helpful associate but is limited in helpfulness because of only being an associate. Besides her, this location only cares about commissions and will sweet talk you instead of rectifying a situation when they have made a mistake which is bad customer service at it's finest. I would suggest you take your business elsewhere as I know I will in the future.
