  • We had our home carpeted and tiled for almost $17k (minus the bathrooms). This was the most aggravating home improvement project I've ever experienced. Both Dale (owner) and Henry (salesman) dropped the ball several times with lack of communication creating a ripple effect of misery for us. We were told several times that certain things would get done and they weren't done. Not putting our project on the schedule to start, not showing up on time, not finishing on time....One of the carpet installers made my tiny dog yelp in pain a couple of times because he pushed him off the bed and jerked my dog's head while petting him too hard. That same man had to be scolded by his co-worker to keep working and not goof off. He lied about my request of what rooms I wanted carpeted. What? Wouldn't I know what I wanted done? Then he started making some odd noises in one of the rooms - really weird. It was so bizarre and his co-worker was embarrassed and kept apologizing. I asked that he not be in my house the following day because he made me feel uncomfortable and I was assured he wouldn't be there. Guess what? The next day he's in one of the bedrooms!!! Apologies and $500 discount were given, but to be honest, this didn't seem like it made up for all the time wasted and headache that this company gave us. There were other things, but Yelp space is not big enough to mention it all. They came out twice already to re-do a carpet area that we weren't satisfied with. It's crunchy and noisy when you step on the carpet. It's still not satisfactory, but we've wasted too much time with them trying to fix the problem without any success. I am still frustrated thinking about the cluster that happened in my house. Such a comedy of errors. I would give 5 stars to the tile installers though, but everything else was a thumbs down experience. I would've gladly given my money to another company who would've done a better job. Dale and Henry know exactly what happened and acknowledge the events that took place by coming to our house twice to discuss everything crazy that happened to us. You guys are nice people, but this review is an honest one.
