I eat here once weekly, and can't get order anything but the Chicken Enchilada with Norteno sauce, as it is a work of art. I have been eating here for around 15 yrs, and have had mostly great food. Occasionally they hire a chef who isn't up to speed, but they quickly right the situation, and get someone superb. The food is authentic, but they do use cheese liberally, so I usually request easy on cheese, and it's great. I have tried other Manuels, but this one is tops so far.
