  • I enjoy shopping at H&M and it so happens to be that I was at Glendale. I stopped by and they are going through a remodel. I understand it could be dusty and dirty, that is not an issue. What is an issue is the POOR customer service. I walked in and I encountered various employees, by various I mean a good seven different employees and none of them came up to me and asked if I was finding everything okay. There place is looking so nice but with their POOR customer service, I am for sure going to avoid this H&M.
