  • Good location, parking and reception staff (one star). Don't mind the layout and the gym has good equipment and is pretty clean (2nd star). The one area that needs HUGE improvement is group fitness coordination. They've lost some of their best teachers and don't consider member suggestions - bad business when customers can take money to other nearby gyms (LA Fitness, Harmony, YMCA), yoga or spin studios.
