  • I've been to Zoolikins a number of times to buy small things here and there for my nephew or for our upcoming addition to the family and have always enjoyed browsing around the store looking at all the fun products. Even if you aren't looking for something in particular, you can always find something! My husband and I finally made it in for the cloth diapering class last night and were impressed by not only the great number of options that were presented (we talked about prefolds, all in ones, pockets, one size, sized diapers - you name it!) but how helpful the owner was with helping us decide what was right for our needs and budget. I'll repeat - they really seem to want to find out what will work best for you, rather than just trying to sell one particular thing over another. We wound up leaving with a stash of diapers that I think will be perfectly tailored that our needs. I will say that we actually had been into Zoolikins to look at diapers another time and had a pretty lengthy discussion with another staff member about the types and choices for cloth diapers and they were super helpful as well - so if you aren't able to make a class, you can get a "mini class" just by going into the store and asking for help. They also are really responsive via the Contact Us form on their webpage if you have any questions. I also want to mention just how fair the prices are in the store. Of course, it isn't Walmart pricing since you are getting well made, high quality items but the prices are all very close if not exactly the same as what you would find for the same items online or at other retailers. I always love shopping local but sometimes it is difficult to justify if there is a huge difference in price. That isn't the case with Zoolikins. Every item I've price compared with other stores or websites, even Amazon, have been the same. Plus you don't have to pay shipping and have the added bonus of getting to take it home right away (and of course get helpful advice too.) Glad that we live just a few blocks away so it won't be long before we are back!
