  • When someone goes above and beyond in giving amazing customer service, it really stands out. My 6 year old son had his heart set on having the cotton candy blizzard ice cream cake for his upcoming birthday party, so I placed the order online, only to get a call that the cotton candy was a seasonal item and they were all out. In calling surrounding stores, they were out as well. The manager Robert took it upon himself to call around until he found a store that still had some of the cotton candy so that my son could have the birthday cake he really wanted. Thank you Robert for going above and beyond the call of duty - you rock!
